Ingredients

1 cup of black pitted olives (kalamata would do)
1 clove garlic (you could put two if you like it a lot)
2 teaspoons olive oil (a good one)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until reaching desired consistency. Add salt if needed.

Refrigerate. Serve with crackers, toasted bread.
