Absolute beginners to vegetable growing: your patch from scratch

You will cover the basics for success from the start: soil improvement, siting your veggie patch, sunshine needed, plant nutrition needs. Starting no-dig gardens vs traditional veggie patches are demonstrated. Planting in pots for difficult situations and good soil media.

This is the first of three related workshops, the others being on seasonal vegetables and soil and pests. Ideally, you would attend all three.
