Join the enthusiastic and talented Petra in experiencing first hand the sourdough bread making process including how to get a starter going and keep it going, mixing, kneading, folding, loaf formation and baking.

Fermenting your own kefir gains and kombucha scoby is also included, setting you up to go home and produce your own. Failsafe recipes (including flavour guides) and ongoing troubleshooting assistance is offered as part of this course.
