Presented by Lily Angel and Robin Gale-Baker. A hands-on demonstration of how to make bread and butter cucumbers, and a demonstration of a quick and simple way to pickle carrot and beetroot. All ingredients and recipes supplied. Participants are asked to bring a small to medium sized jar with lid so that they can take a jar of bread and butter cucumber home. Any other small jars that can be donated would be appreciated.
