Transition Towns Maroondah and Central Ringwood Community Centre are working together to build a community garden and sustainability hub in Ringwood. They will be breaking ground in the community garden with the planting of an orchard. They will also be making a bit of a day of it with stalls, a BBQ and live music. The Council wants to see the demand for the garden to reassure them of its validity moving forward, so they are hoping for a good turn out.
