Each month, an experienced facilitator will present on sustainable living and gardening topics.
The September session will be on making waxed food wraps. Apart from protecting food, what can they be used for? Suggested donation $5 if you are taking home a few wraps. You can bring your own favourite materials or use those provided. Some pinking shears would be welcome. Tea, coffee and bikkies provided and you can bring food to share.
The topics at previous sessions have included: introduction to beekeeping; permaculture design for your own garden; keeping chickens; and zero waste.
