Makes 11A cups (375ml)

Ingredients

4 medium kiwifruits (340g), peeled, chopped coarsely
¾ cup ice cubes
¼ cup (60ml) apple juice
¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon finely shredded fresh mint

Method

Blend or process kiwifruit, ice, juice, chopped mint and sugar until smooth. Pour into glass; top with shredded mint.
