Join them for this hands-on introduction to couverture chocolate which will cover: tempering of milk and dark chocolate; filling truffle shells with supplied ganache for centres; dipping and decorating truffles; and chocolate discs topped with roasted nuts and dried fruit. There will be plenty of sampling along the way and you will take home all that you make presented in a gift box.
