Pia Gava will teach you have to make beetroot ravioli filled with handmade ricotta and herbs filling, and paired with a burnt butter and sage sauce. You will learn how to make a beetroot dough from scratch, how to create ricotta cheese from scratch and how to make a simple burnt butter and sage sauce. You will then plate and eat the food.
