The morning class will cover beetroot kvass, sauerkraut, kimchi, carrot/ginger, viili yoghurt, honey mead and tepache. You will get a jar of fermented veggies & viili yoghurt starter to take home.
The afternoon class will cover water kefir, kombucha, coconut kefir, coconut kefir yoghurt, turmeric/honey ferment, ginger ferment, shrub and pear/apple cider. You will get a kombucha scoby and water kefir grains to take home.
