festival21 – the food chain

This session will discuss the five major stages of food production: grow, process, purchase, eat and dispose. Each stage will be expressed through a selection of individual speakers, a panel session, a short film, music, comedy and social enterprise crowd-funding. It will conclude with a talk-show panel that brings together the ideas and questions posed by festival21, and sets an agenda for action.
