Following the workshop, you will enjoy a light lunch of a variety of oyster mushrooms on (sourdough or gluten-free) toast in Kensington Stockyard Food Garden. The mushrooms will be supplied by Melbourne Mushrooms Urban Farmers.
You will take home your own mushroom growing kit (prepared during the workshop).
