The two sessions will be on Thursdays, 1st and 8th June, both 6-9pm.

Lucia Silverii will teach you the time-honoured techniques of southern Italian cooking. The first session will cover pasta with zucchini and tuna and lemon biscuits. The second session will cover chicken scallopine and almond biscotti.
