The course is across two days, on Wednesday, 25th September and Thursday, 26th September, both 9.15am-12.30pm.

Presenter: Donna Livermore. This is a two session program. On day 1, the children will: explore CERES food growing areas; discover how to grow healthy organic herbs and veggies; take a close look soils and seeds; and get their hands dirty planting up some seeds to take home. On day 2, the children will: learn that some fruits and veggies are seasonal and what they can plant right now; collect herbs and make a cup of herb tea or add to their water; explore how plants and animals interact in a garden; and get their hands dirty potting up a seedling to take home.
