For Luul Aligas, cooking has always been about generosity and sharing with her community. In this workshop you will learn how to make sambusas – a stuffed pastry that is a common appetiser in Somali cuisine – plus an accompanying chilli sauce. All food will be vegetarian and Luul’s chilli sauce will be available for purchase.
