Shella will teach you how to making the following vegetarian Persian recipes: shirazi salad (summer salad with fresh herbs and vegetables); tahchin (golden buttery crispy saffron rice cake layered with vegetables and aromatic spices) and mesh om ali (pleated sheets of filo pastry, soaked and flavoured with sweetened condensed milk and topped ground cinnamon and a sprinkle of nuts).
