Learn the art of passata. Using their handmade mouli (passata machine), you will work together to pick, clean, boil, mash, sieve and bottle their fresh tomatoes and take home a bottle of passata.

Spaghetti will be served for lunch.

They recommend only wearing red – or clothes you are happy to get dirty in.
