The class will start off with tasting bocconcini, tomato and basil skewers before splitting into groups of three to create one of the following three recipes: pumpkin ravioli; fettuccine with a three-cheese sauce; and gnocchi with homemade pesto. You will get to taste each dish and there will be a surprise dessert at the end of the class.
