Claire and her family are keen to grow their own food and live more sustainably. She recently did a lot of research into climate change and was quite shocked by what she learned, so she is hoping to start the positive change from her home by reducing the amount of fossil fuels required for the food production needed to feed her family.
Tasks for the day:
- Setting up a chicken-run/orchard system.
- Creating a hugelkutlur bed.
- Making wicking beds.
There will also be workshops on each of the above.
