Learn to make pasta the Italian way – with a rolling pin in one hand and a wine in the other! This will be a hands-on cooking experience hosted by chef Tyson Bertoncello (of 2-hat restaurant O.MY) and will include fettuccine, ravioli and tortellini as well as a pasta sauce making deomonstration. There will also be wine tasting. At the end, there will be a sit-down lunch.
