Qualified chefs will teach you how to preserve, pickle and or ferment your fresh produce. You will learn how to create a range of pickles, jams, sauces, relishes or ferments. They will provide the jars, labels and preserving ingredients needed. If you have any, bring some fresh produce from your garden.
