Presenter: Kat Lavers. This workshop will covers the basic techniques for bottling, drying, juicing, jams (both traditional and a healthy sugar-free alternative) and freezing. You will leave with an understanding of how to preserve safely using your own low-cost preserving equipment. You will complete a number of processes from start to finish.
