Rieko Hayashi will demonstrate the process of making buckwheat noodles (Soba), including the water in which the noodles were cooked (Sobayu). She will then demonstrate making Sobagaki, which is a dumpling or gnocchi-like dish.

At the end, eat what has been made, during which Rieko will discuss the nutritional benefits of buckwheat.
