In this class for beginners, The Fermented Mumma will teach you how to create your own tough-crusted and dense sourdough. Introduce yourself to a sourdough starter and explore its mechanics and proper care. This workshop will cover ingredient selection, starter care, and the processes of sourdough fermentation and baking. You will also take your fermenting dough home to bake in the morning.
