Terry Wesselink will demonstrate how to manage your sourdough starter and make bread using the pizza oven. Bring along a sterile jar, as for jam making, with a hole in the lid to take home some starter. In the same session, Patty Boxhall will make a moist pumpkin and herb damper for all to sample.
