Presenter Noel Fitzpatrick. The seminar will cover all aspects of truffle growing, including choosing the right site, soil type, host tree and truffle life-cycle. There will also be a discussion and demonstration of truffle cooking techniques with truffle devotee Susan Burns. The seminar will concludes with afternoon tea and truffle tasting.
