Farideh from Persian Plate has been sharing her Persian cuisine for many years with friends and family and recently decided to share it with the public. Two of the dishes you will usually see at their stall are koofteh (a traditional meatball dish) and adass polo (a lentil-rice mix, with meat or vegetarian options). In addition, they keep returning customers interested by bringing a new dish each week. And, if you are gluten free or vegetarian, they can often adjust the food accordingly.
They also sell herbal teas: fresh ginger brewed with saffron & lemon squeeze; and lavender & borage brewed with saffron & lemon squeeze.
