Notes (in their own words):
Internationally inspired gourmet blends made with Certified Organic ingredients, including curries, dukkah, relish and chai. No added colours, flavours, preservatives, GMO free, gluten-free, vegan friendly.
Each ingredient in Magic Muesli’s muesli and porridge is selected for the important role that it plays in maintaining a healthy body and mind. Oats and psyllium are a good source of dietary fibre. Goji berries contain antioxidants and cranberries contain vitamin C. Ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds release the good fatty acids and whole linseeds aid digestion. Walnuts and chia seeds provide essential omega-3. And almonds, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat, sesame seeds and currants add goodness. The muesli is not toasted and contains no added sugar, no syrups, no juice, no added fats, and no preservatives – just raw and natural.
My Goosey Gander currently focuses on making granola and some baked goods. The granola is made with all certified organic ingredients, lightly toasted and slightly sweetened with maple syrup and rice malt syrup. Mixed by hand and baked in small batches. The baked goods are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, using (where possible) locally sourced, certified organic and free range ingredients. In the future, it plans to offer other breakfast options for those with intolerances and alternative lifestyle choices (paleo etc).
Currently, the granola can be ordered online and the baked goods can be bought at Natural Food Market, Montmorency or Platform 3095, Eltham.
Spice Fusion’s product range includes 30 plus unique and all-natural spice blends, 6 dukkah blends and a to-die-for chilli jam, all of which are handmade by Judy in her Ringwood home kitchen. Free recipes (and spice advice) are given away with every purchase.

Notes (in their own words):
Subtle Spice Creations is a small, home-based spice manufacturing business. Their husband and wife team have a combined experience of over 10 years in the food industry, and they have decided to take their love of spices and turn it into a food business. All of their products have been tried, tested and loved by them and their friends and family. Their recipes have come from their travels around the world and also their Indian roots going back three generations.
Their products include: 5 different varieties of dukkah (peanut, hazelnut, almond, pistachio and macadamia); salt rubs for roasts (simple, salt & lemon, salt & rosemary and Middle Eastern with sumac); spiced bread; special Indian spice blends (garam masala, raita/yoghurt dip, seasoning blend, tangy seasoning blend and chat masala); pickled onions; pickled ginger; and masala chai varieties (flavoured tea blends).
The dukkah can be enjoyed with drinks straight out of the jar with some fresh bread and olive oil, or cooked with meat, fish or vegetables, or in salads. They have recipe ideas that they share with their customers. The rubs are for roasting and adding a subtle twist to an everyday roast, making it easy to get the flavour into your meat. They can also do customised blends for their customers upon request.
