The crepes are made using homemade organic strawberry jam, free range eggs and seasonal organic fruit when possible. Marion hails from Brittany and the crepes are made from a family recipe handed down from generation to generation.

La Petite Creperie make and sell ready-to-eat sweet and savoury crepes at markets. Their flour options include rye, wholemeal, buckwheat and plain. Their batter is vegan, containing no eggs, milk or butter. Their sweet options include apple, strawberry, pear, banana, jam, chocolate, caramel, maple syrup and lemon juice. Their savoury options include spinach, mushrooms, tomato, celery, ham, eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, prosciutto and salami. During the week, between markets, they are educators in cookery and pastry.
