Bring along any veggies, fruit or herbs you have harvested, also eggs, preserves, recipes are welcome. Be inventive! You can also bring some things that not everyone else is growing at this time of year. This is a non-commercial event – no money changes hands.

The food swap is part of a wider Community Day that happens at Central Ringwood Community Centre every 3rd Sunday, 10am-midday. As well as the food swap, the community day typically includes: knife/scissor sharpening; a clothes share (no need to bring your own clothes); and a bike care & repair tutorial. The events are free and you can just turn up without needing to book.
