As part of the Box Hill South Urban Harvest food swap, Karen Sutherland, of Edible Eden Designs, will be giving a short workshop on ‘Food garden planning in Melbourne’s climate’ at 11.45. Karen is well known in gardening and permaculture circles. She has been growing food for many years and her suburban garden has been featured in TV programmes and newspapers.
