The workshop will include: understanding garlic and its varieties; garlic’s lifecycle and seasonal considerations; soil preparation; site selection; planting; watering and mulching; identifying and managing pests and diseases; how to tell when your garlic is ready to harvest; and best practices for curing and storing garlic.
