Growing herbs and veggies from seed

Learn the basics of starting herbs and vegetables from seed. You will learn about different types of containers you can use, getting the timing and weather right, how to make your own seed-raising mix, seed-sowing depth and germination needs, and planting your new seedlings out into the garden. You will also discuss a few common problems people have starting seeds, and how to deal with them. While you’re there, pot up your own spring and summer veg to take home and grow.
