Nutrition gardening with Donna Livermore

Presenter: Donna Livermore. Topics to be covered will include: which crops have higher nutrition; preparing your soil to grow nutrient dense food; fertilising plants to provide maximum nutrition from our garden; and harvesting and preparing produce to maintain nutrients. The workshop is aimed at people who have had a little bit of experience growing some of their own food and now want to focus on producing healthier, high quality crops from their garden.
