Mini master cooks (9-12 years) – fruit shortcakes

Make multiple small shortcakes with a choice of various fruit fillings and toppings. A shortcake is a soft dough, somewhere between a cake and a pastry, that is shaped, filled or topped with fruit, and then baked. It’s typically served with whipped cream or custard.
