Weeds by definition are unwanted, but some of the most common are edible, nutritious and delicious. Take a walk, identify and learn about local edible weed with Claire Dunn, Re-wilding Facilitator and Author of My Year Without Matches, and Taj Scicluna, the Perma Pixie. Weeds collected will be served as part of The Great Local Lunch on Sunday 11th February.
