Ingredients

a quantity of homemade sauerkraut
add (according to taste) chopped spring onions and chopped parsley
sprinkle of caraway seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar
white pepper
a splash of oil

Method

Toss and serve. Good served with grilled meat/fish and plain boiled new potatoes.
