Local chef, Mellissa Strachan, will present three canapes. Each recipe will cater to a gluten-free, dairy-free or vegetarian diet. Participants will make these tasty treats and, at the conclusion of the workshop, be able to taste the final products. Apart from sharing some recipes, Mellissa will give some tips and tricks that will help even inexperienced cooks gain confidence in the kitchen.
