Join Manu as she takes you through the basics of making chai tea. She will introduce you to all the ingredients you need and then in small groups you will experiment with different combinations. You’ll get to taste them all. Manu will send you home with a little starter kit and the knowledge of where to shop locally to buy all the ingredients.
