Lauri and Hedley’s garden’s tour

Lauri and Hedley planted a lemon tree and thyme in their 1250m2 garden back in 2008. They now have 11 wicking beds, a 40,000L water tank, chickens, fruit trees, berries, herbs, and indigenous edibles. Many of the plants have been added to the garden over the last 5 years so fruit production is only just starting to ramp up. There is also a pizza oven, although it is not quite finished.
