Pasta making workshop

Joseph Monroe will be making a filled pasta with a simple sauce, using a mixture of produce collected from around Collingwood Children’s Farm mixed with traditional, high-quality pasta ingredients. The session will start with a tour of the farm to collect fresh eggs, basil and other salad goodies, and will end with a few select bottles of red courtesy of the Noisy Ritual Winery.
