Subtle Spice Creations is a small, home-based spice manufacturing business. Their husband and wife team have a combined experience of over 10 years in the food industry, and they have decided to take their love of spices and turn it into a food business. All of their products have been tried, tested and loved by them and their friends and family. Their recipes have come from their travels around the world and also their Indian roots going back three generations.

Their products include: 5 different varieties of dukkah (peanut, hazelnut, almond, pistachio and macadamia); salt rubs for roasts (simple, salt & lemon, salt & rosemary and Middle Eastern with sumac); spiced bread; special Indian spice blends (garam masala, raita/yoghurt dip, seasoning blend, tangy seasoning blend and chat masala); pickled onions; pickled ginger; and masala chai varieties (flavoured tea blends).

The dukkah can be enjoyed with drinks straight out of the jar with some fresh bread and olive oil, or cooked with meat, fish or vegetables, or in salads. They have recipe ideas that they share with their customers. The rubs are for roasting and adding a subtle twist to an everyday roast, making it easy to get the flavour into your meat. They can also do customised blends for their customers upon request.
