Learn how to prepare traditional Indian dishes to celebrate the Hindu festival Diwali, learning step-by-step techniques for each dish, from mastering spice blends to balancing flavours. At the end of the workshop, you will sit down together for a shared feast of your own making. The menu: besan ki burfi, palak paneer, vegetable biryani, daal tadka and vegetable pakora with mint-coriander chutney.
