Onigiri is a Japanese rice ball (often triangle-shaped) with a variety of savory or sweet fillings, often wrapped in nori (seaweed) and/or sprinkled with furikake (a seasoning made from nori, sesame seeds, sugar, salt, and spices). Make onigiri with a range of fillings, including spam, tempeh, avocado, greens and fruit.
